Weekly Notices

Weekly Notices, are printed for distribution by hand at Services and displayed on this page. They provide information about imminent Services, Events and Activities at Oakwood Church; and related activities elsewhere

If you have missed the copy deadline for our monthly magazine THE BROADCAST and really need to inform people about a last minute event or convey other important information or reminder, please contact me

The ‘Copy’ deadline for Weekly Notices is Wednesday evening prior to Sunday distribution. If you have an item for inclusion please contact me

Last Minute Notices

If you miss the deadlines for THE BROADCAST or Weekly Notices then you may pin Last Minute Notices on the blue portable Last Minute Notice Board in The New Room

Notice Boards

Some Church groups, especially those for Young People, have been allocated Notice Board space for their exclusive use in the Hall, The New Room or Large Upstairs Room

If Community Groups or others would like to post notices on, or distribute flyers from, one of the General Notice Boards situated in the Sanctuary or  Entrances (on the clear understanding that such material may be displayed, rearranged or removed at the discretion of Oakwood Church) please obtain prior approval from

Posters may be displayed, rearranged or removed from this What’s On page at the discretion of Oakwood Church

Before emailing posters (ideally A4 sized) for on-line display, please read the document presentation guidelines on our Logo page. Where possible please email posters in their original, editable, file format
